Membership of the Professional Practices Alliance and legal status

The Professional Practices Alliance is a network of independent professional services firms designed to provide other professional services firms practices with access to a full range of advice from specialists in a range of relevant fields.

There are, and will be, no exclusive relationships between member firms, who are free (and indeed expected) to refer their clients to whichever services provider is best for the job whether a member of the Professional Practices Alliance or not. Where a client has indicated that they wish to work with firms in the Alliance, for example, by contacting a member firm through the Alliance website, member firms will respect that client’s decision and refer that client to member firms of the Professional Practices Alliance, unless it is not in the client’s interest to do so.  No fees will be payable in return for referrals.

The Professional Practices Alliance is a network of independent firms.  It is not a partnership and no member of the Professional Practices Alliance is authorised to act as agent for any other member.

Members of the Professional Practices Alliance may be regulated.  Please refer to their own websites and terms and conditions for further information.
